I loved having my private room but also a nice shared area to watch the World cup games or olay video games. The rooftop ia also nice! Unfortunately I could not find anyone to play ping pong with... Next time!

this was my second time staying here very near to train station.

Area is definitely the ghetto. The construction was just absolutely awful. Room was on the 4th floor right next to the building being remodeled. Construction all day into the night and very early morning. Staff just commingle with themselves and select few people staying there; and smoke cigarettes all day/night. It was decent cleanliness but not up to par with a number of places. Clean once in the morning, and you hear it. Room was right across from the bathroom so of course I heard doors slamming, toilets, and people cleaning/brushing teeth all night at sinks. Hairs and dust in room, old windows. Beat up storage for your stuff. Room was okay, at least it is private. But they don’t tell you that if you bring someone into your room it is a 30,000¥ penalty fee till you get there. Everything felt stuffy. Bunch of people wrote ideologies and political things on the walls, which is quite unpleasant and not welcoming. Bring your own towel as they charge for rentals. They provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Have laundry available but you most likely won’t have a chance to do it because it is always in use. Charge for powder laundry detergent. The area is okay for a number of things but like I said, this area is ghetto. Drunks everywhere, hecklers, red light district and lots of the bars and restaurants will not let you in if you are a foreigner. They have a good number of people that live there. Overall, grimey and available. Even though it is already cheap, I believe it should be even cheaper with how everything is.
