    The breakfast was excellent, the pool and spa were amazing, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was also very quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was the air conditioning. The central AC system was not working, and the manual unit in the room was not effective enough. The room was around 33°C and only cooled down to 30°C at night. Opening the window was difficult because of the mosquitoes. I think the hotel should improve the manual AC units and have a proper backup system when the central air conditioning is not working. Other than that, everything was excellent.

    AGODA, we demand compensation. You didn't even mention that the air conditioner doesn't work in the entire hotel. You'll refund us half of the amount. Air conditioning in the rooms has not been working for about a month. We received two fans. There is a small portable air conditioner that does nothing, just like a fan. It was hot, a noisy portable air conditioner that blew out hot air like a fan. It was difficult to sleep and stay in the room. The rules of the Buglers are very energy-efficient and do not turn on the air conditioner, not on the bus, not in malls, not in public places. Instead of enjoying it, it was very challenging and difficult. Internet does not work in the rooms. You have to stand at the entrance by the door to connect. The bathroom was renovated a long time ago, but there is a window instead of a curtain. The window is half open, and then all the water spills on the floor instead of a curtain that would prevent water from leaking. Good breakfast every day the same

    The problems in this property is that WIFI quality is very poor in rooms and lobby. It hardly functions and if it does it is very very slow.
