Rooms smelled like mold. Bugs everywhere.

The property is not in good shape. The breakfast (for someone who is gluten free) was poor. There was a bad smell in the room (we at first thought it was from cigarette smoke). In the morning I woke up with congestion and puffy eyes (signs of an allergic reaction that I did not have before arriving and cleared up later in the day). I am assuming it was to something like formaldehyde as the floors looked like they were newly done. The staff was fine, but we did not think the stay was worth the money we paid.

Felt a bit unsafe, and when we opened the door to our room - immediately smelled like smoke, that had been covered with cleaning products. The bedding even smelled like smoke. The waffles, gravy and even the orange juice were watered down, but the bagels were fine. Stayed two days because we didn't have a choice. The towels were clean, and the bed was comfortable but doubt i would ever stay again.

It has been a horrible experience, we asked for a change in the first room and the second was the same or worse! The cleanliness of the place is terrible, the bathrooms dirty to the naked eye, the floor and beds dirty, the sheets stained; zero hygiene, animals walked on the walls! I have videos and photos of the place! Places like these should be closed. There were even leftovers of food from other guests inside the closet drawers. The photos exposed on the web have nothing to do with reality.

I have never spent $122 on a hotel room this bad. Ever. It reaked of urine. I had to have them bring me room spray. The tv and bathroom faucet were filthy as though someone sneered lotion or something all over. And the tub??? Absolutely filthy and you could tell it was cleanable because the outer inside of tub was clean but the other 3/4 was disgusting!! Also above me people were rolling around on the office chair all night and the following morning. On top of people stomping around. Unreal!

Room smelled of smoke or smoke cleaner. Bed sheets had grass clippings, so not sure if they were changed. Breakfast was okay, but watery scrambled eggs. Price was good. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was a nice budget stay.

Too Was acceptable but exterior was horrible, dirty and unsafe walkway. Staff was very good and eager to assist

Easy access

Dirty. There was a hole in the tub. The soap wrapper had mold in it. The ac unit had one temp: 86 degrees. We had to leave the door open for a bit to cool it off.

Exelwnt beds and cleaning room

It was awful, couldn’t take a shower because the shower sprayed all over the bathroom, the room was so cold when I got in that it took 4 hours to warm up. Trim piece was broken at corner of door, unfinished drywall in bathroom. Black specs in bathtub, sheets were dirty. Would not recommend not worth the money.

Another old motel that needs torn down. They slapped some paint on, splattered everywhere, and think its good. It is not! Tub was dirty. Bed was hard. Some towels were dirty.

The towels were stained -rust and dark spots. The bathtub and shower curtain were both grimy. (I was able to get better towels after showing them to employee in office.)

The property was clean we enjoyed our stay

Fridge didn’t work, coffee maker was broken, no smoke detector, tub was grimy and dripped constantly. But, beds were clean and very comfortable. And the staff was friendly.

We booked early but ended up with an upstairs room directly adjacent to the open-air wooden staircase which was very noisy with people coming and going. Parking lot was still full of cars, but breakfast was being broken down at 9a on a sunday?!?!? (He did get us out some dry scrambled eggs that had recently been pulled.)

Cockroaches. So. Many. Cockroaches. You can make a pretty fair assessment of the condition of everything else based on that. I ran out so fast I forgot the key cards.

The pictures on Expedia are not this hotel. The room was moldy and dirty. We had to clean the bathroom because it had not been done before we got there - a used bar of soap was still in the shower. There was no smoke detector - it had been taken down and never replaced. There was exposed wires from a missing outlet.

We literally left and checked in to another hotel (even though the room non-refundable). For the price we paid, I would have expected it to be clean and to feel safe. It was not clean and definitely felt unsafe.

Upon checking in, I went to my room to unpack. While touring the room, I found a cockroach crawling on the shower wall. Pulling back the filthy shower curtain, I killed the beast with some toilet tissue. Lifting the seat to provide a “burial at sea”, I found an even bigger roach crawling around inside the commode. Both were flushed, and then I attended to my Friday business. Upon returning, I found the smoke detector loudly and annoyingly declaring a low battery. I reported it to the front desk in person. I was told that it would be fixed the next (Saturday) morning. As of check out on Sunday, it was not. So I settled in to do some reading before falling asleep when a strange man (presumably another guest, but might’ve been a serial killer or rapist) let himself into my room. Someone not in my party had a keycard to my room. I would’ve used the physical latch, but it was broken. Saturday was mostly uneventful until the water from the aircon started pooling in the room. Also, broad daylight really set off the level of filth in the room. If there had been other motel rooms available nearby, I would’ve fled, but there weren’t. I’m afraid that I’ve brought cockroaches home, and this dump should be blsvklisted. I have photos of everything.

Dirty, appeared to be a crack hotel catering to recently released convicts. The room was filthy with dirty linen, bugs, unclean bathroom, and vile odor. I’ve never seen worse.

The property was old in need of repairs. Rotten wood on railings, stairs...refrigerator didn't work, did not respond to our call to get TV to work. We were told someone would be there in 10 minutes but they never came. Had to ask a 2nd time the next morning and was still not fixed when we returned in the afternoon. TV was set to Spanish language and offline. We finally figured how to set up ourselves to get Roku and get it online and connected to internet. Room was never made up. Breakfast eggs were cold. Marijuana smoke seemed like it was coming from room next door. I would give it no more than 2 stars. Would call it a Non-Quality Inn and Suites. Not sure where the suites were. Quality was very poor. Will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Almost seemed like a hotel with more of a long tern resident facility.

I liked the bed and tv was nice. Bathroom was foul. No toilet paper. There was one extra roll but it must of got wet and was hard and brown. Best thing was the air conditioning. Very loud area. Won’t be going back but staff was nice.
