We were attended to by Dayana; we arrived at night, and she and the housekeeper were absolutely fantastic.
The hotel is very modern, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and very spacious, with a lake view.
The breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious.
Covered parking is available. I would definitely return to this hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Our first time to Lake Como and we were not disappointed. The setting is calm and peaceful and the hotel was quiet and beautiful. I would absolutely stay there again. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Wonderful service.

Only issue was getting Ubers to the area. Thankfully one of the staff's mother in law Yolanda had a taxi business! And Giorgio was kind enough to drive people into town in his own car!

Perfect!! 5**** honestly cannot fault this place, so clean and tidy, staff were fabulous, room was perfect, spacious clean and cosy (first week in Feb) the spa was fantastic, honestly don’t think, just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Also the food in restaurant was lovely, and breakfast was great!
