What a beautiful charming stay with so many amenities and the kindest hosts.

Amazing beautiful views. The amenities must kept going. It was so so so so charming. Cinzia was so kind and helpful the whole time! Breakfast was also perfect on the patio. The wine cellar was just the cherry on top.

Lovely stay stepping back in time

Lovely accomodations. Staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions. Very nice tour of the historical areas in the home. It felt like we were staying in an old Italian home. We used the parking garage offered and it was perfect for us.

The noise from the road below was noticable. The bed/linens could be upgraded in the future. Screens added to the bathroom window would keep bugs out and the ability to open a window in the sleeping area would help make the temperature more comfortable.

Wonderful stay

It’s a very authentic little nonnas house. Very good value for money and located in Laglio which is very closed from Tremezzo. The main consideration was that roads are tough when rain comes so a 15min ride can become a 50-60 minute one. Wonderful view, Cynthia and Alessandro excellent hosts. The breakfast was solid but the eggs probably as not as expected or we are used to as Mexicans.

In general, we liked the place. You have to walk a bit from the car spot to the hotel but in general you feel like living in on a very authentic little town experience.

Fresh breakfast with a gorgeous view of the lake was definitely a highlight. Loved staying at this charming hotel full of cute surprises like the wine cellar, the jacuzzi, and the garden.

I feel taken advantage of , not fair !

The welcome was a bitt chaotic but friendly , a lady explained everything .

TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ! had asked if an extra night after the night i booked already was possible and as someone canceled upon my arrival i was lucky , the room was already payed but empty , they gave it to me the next day . I was called from home an hour later that i had to leave because of a work-urgency . That was 13.30 pm and time enough to rent out the room again which they probably did . But they made me pay the full amount for 2 hours and i even needed to pay the 2 nights garage , even if i was there only 1 night ! that zero flexibility is unbelievable unkind . They could had offered me to pay half and still be the winners . That is a reason i wil not go back and defiantly not send people . I still give them the possibility to do me a proposition to pay me back and don’t be greedy , that is not a nice virtue when you receive people . I expect a refund of 200 euro by the weekend to show your kindness .

Lovely place to stay in Venice

The location, just off the Grand Canal down a quiet calle, was perfect. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. We had a small private outdoor table and chairs off the room that was just right for morning coffee and evening wine. And the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We had a wonderful stay.

Warm, welcoming and unforgettable stay! I had a truly wonderful experience at this charming hotel in Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality—it really felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and the space had a unique charm that made it stand out from other places I’ve stayed. Make sure you get the breakfast included package with your stay because the food is fresh and delicious along with good coffee!

Geweldig Casa Spiga makes you feel at home <3

Het warme welkom door het personeel, de betrokkenheid en bereidheid om je te verwennen en te helpen met tips in de omgeving. De inrichting is italiaans retro klassiek en zo passend bij het huis. Er is zelfs een jacuzzi. Geweldig. Het ontbijt op het balkon maakte het helemaal af. Prachtig uitzicht over het Como meer. Cinzia is the best !

Als je slecht ter been bent is het niet geschikt. Je moet best een stuk lopen.

Alessandro was an amazing host. The breakfast spread every morning was an Italian dream. Eating it out on the terrace was just magical. They went above and beyond and the house was just full of history and charm! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location in a big house with various terraces and spaces you can sit at and trink a bottle of wine (which you can get in the wine cellar). The jacuzzi area is also beautiful and can be used free of charge. Alessandro and his crew make sure that you have a wonderful stay and they serve the mist delicious breakfast which you can enjoy with views of the Lake.

Our stay was truly magical and unforgettable!

From the very first moment, Alessandro welcomed us with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The house, with its Mediterranean atmosphere and lake view, is an absolute dream — every corner is filled with history and love, just like being at your grandmother’s house. We were also surprised with a beautiful upgrade. Everything was carefully thought out: a fully equipped kitchen, charming little details... absolutely perfect! And the breakfast… simply surreal! A wonderful selection of local cheeses, from Di Luciano delicatessen tradition — it was the perfect way to start the day. We loved every second and will definitely be back!

We've spent a lovely weekend at Ca` Spiga. Enjoyed the stay, the views and restaurants around.

We loved a breakfast on the terrace, there was a good selection of local cheeses, meat and fruits. The host was nice, he showed us the house all its amenities like wine cave and jacuzzi! Room was bright and clean, had air conditioning/ heating , bed was comfortable.

Highly recommend to everyone!

The hotel was very unique and exceeded my expectations. The room was big, had a nice bathroom, AC, and a beautiful view of lake como. The breakfast was so delicious. They had all different cheeses from their store and homemade pastries. The house had a beautiful terrace, wine and drinks available for purchase. The staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed during our stay. We had a wonderful stay here.
