    I arrived at the hotel in the morning, before the official check-in time. However, the receptionist kindly helped me complete the registration process so that I could receive my room key. At that time, the receptionist did not explain the hotel rules or policies to me. I assumed that they would be explained when I returned later in the afternoon. I only left my luggage at the hotel and then went out again. However, when I returned in the afternoon, the receptionist still did not provide me with this information, so I had to proactively ask about the hotel rules myself. Shouldn't there be a standard procedure for providing guests with this information upon check-in? Secondly, I understand that for guests staying several days, there may be certain scheduled days for room cleaning. However, wouldn't it be better to inform guests in advance about exactly when the cleaning will take place? Yesterday, the cleaning was scheduled at a time when I wanted to rest. I had already put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but I was still asked to leave the room for cleaning. I think it would be better if the cleaning schedule were communicated at check-in, or if the timing could be agreed upon with the guest beforehand, so that it does not interfere with their rest or plans. Other than these two issues, everything else has been good.

    I had a wonderful stay at Toyoko Inn Hakata-Eki Minami. The breakfasts were delicious, and I already miss the soft, fluffy omelet eggs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location was also very convenient. It is about a 1-kilometer walk to the JR station, making it easy to explore the area. There is also a bus stop nearby with direct access to LaLaport, which was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. What I appreciated most was the luggage delivery service, which allowed me to send my luggage directly from the hotel to the airport. It made my trip much more convenient and hassle-free. I would happily stay here again.

    The hotel is good, on the older side but clean and the staff were very nice. Unfortunately there was no sound blocking and all the noise from the street could be heard all night, making it a bit difficult to sleep. It's a long walk from the station but the shuttle bus is very convenient
