    The room is big and also the bed. However, there is a bad smell coming from the shower. Also, the sponge has black stains when we arrived. They did not replace it beforehand. I have attached the picture. Looks like the room was not properly cleaned well. Since we stayed for 4 nights, our garbage is already piling up. We asked for another garbage plastic bag, but they did not give us any, saying that we should just buy outside. The location is okay. But we will not stay here again.

    What I love about this hotel is the space. Really good for family. There are 2 double beds, with living room, kitchen, with separate shower and toilet. I was able to wash our clothes. With slippers but the toiletries are not as much as with other hotels. It only has basic like toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash

    Spacious and clean with essential amenities such as microwave and washing machine. Very close to hakata station and a Family Mart. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

    There is no human staff. When check-in you need to phone to the number in front of the building to ask for the code to go inside the building and use the iPad to phone again to check-in. I hope to get those instruction before. Distance is 15mins walk or 1 bus stop from Hakata station. The small kitchen can cook only some easy things.
