    We stayed at their annex building. It was a self check in, self checkout system. No hassle at all. Beds are large enough for a standard room that can fit 6 people. Toilet and shower are separate. Washing machine and kitchen appliances are also in the room. Though the station can be a bit of a walk. Still a nice stay overall.

    Although there was hiccup on the first day of our stay and it caused inconvenience for us, the staff, Miss Man, reached out to us quickly and resolved the issue very well. The location is walkable from Hakata station and the room is very clean. The family room has 4 beds and can probably fit up to 8 people. It would be great if there are more than two toilets and bathrooms. Overall I’d recommend it.
