As a group of 5, this place was value for money.
Depending on your group's travel style and habits, the 10-12 minute walk from Hakata Station could feel lengthy, especially after a long day of walking. Taking a cab to/from the station costs around 1300 yen (4-seater) to 1700 yen (6-seater), which isn't bad depending on the number of travellers. We also shared two cabs to/from the airport, which costs between 2100 - 2700 yen per cab.
Since it's "family-style", you have to wait for your turn in the toilet/shower, which might be troublesome for a larger group at the end of a long day. We managed to work it out, but it's something to consider. For my group, we wished that there was 1 more shower as we were collectively spending over an hour showering each night.
Pros:
- Toilet and shower/bathroom were separated.
- 6 beds, which means no bed sharing for our group.
- Apartment was fairly spacious and we could open our luggages with ease.
- Everything was fairly clean (no odd smells or stains).
- There was a washing machine (laundry powder provided), and the bathroom doubled as a dryer.
Cons:
- Although it was fairly well-kept, the apartment was a little dated in some places (there was a hole in the wall patched up with what looked like a square of wallpaper, for example).
- Carpet smelled a little musky after a few days, until we opened the windows to air the place.
- A change of towels is not provided; you either reuse the towel(s) or wash and dry them yourself. As we were there for 5 nights, we opted for the latter.

Room is spacious with a good layout. Nice to have a kitchen and washing machine, plus a separate toilet and bath. Check-in process is okay but make sure to get the details right. Location is a bit far from the train station but close to several convenience stores.

The elevator was too small. It can only fits 3-4persons. The self check-in and check-out process was very smooth using the tablet at the lobby. We were shocked to be told that there’s no toilet paper refills and garbage bag refills during our 4 nights stay.
