Nice apartment in Fukuoka, had pretty much all the amenities we needed and was spacious and comfortable. Also had a hob, microwave and washing machine so felt very homely. It is about 25 mins from the station so guests should be aware of that too.
A couple of minor things. 1) I would recommend guests complete the information form prior to arrival to save a bunch of time on the tablet by the entrance. 2) There didnt seem to be a recycling bin, we put our recycling in a bag by the other bins so assuming that was okay but an additional bin would be great.

リビングがゆったりありキッチンも広々していて良かった
無人ホテルのためロビーの開け方がわからなくてスタッフとチャットをしたら、予約サイトを聞かれて「Bookingcom」と返信したら、「Bookingcomならメールで解鍵の仕方は送ってます」みたいな返事が来てチャットが一方的に終了した。
無人ホテルが初めてなこともあって30分以上、ロビーを開けるのに悪戦苦闘した。
確かにBookingcomからはメールが来てましたが説明がわかりずらいです。

Minimalist but clean and tidy

It was fine but small. Big TV was good and it was comfortable enough.
Instructions to get in the front door were confusing. We eventually worked it out but also found others were struggling when we were coming and going so had to help them out.
The single bed was comfortable but double was hard and there weren’t enough pillows.
The hot water didn’t work initially and we eventually figured it out but hot water is something we would have expected to have as standard, not have to problem solve to get it.
