Room Mate Gran Filippo I, Roma-Fontana di Trevi

If I can give 10 stars that would be my first option!! The hotel is amazing and the staff is at another level!! They make you feel like a friend!! Any help they give it to you with a smile and a happiness that you don’t find in other places! The facilities are very very clean, fresh and very well decorated!! I’m glad to know Nairi who is the best and amazing!! She help us since day one and the first time we stayed there 3 or 4 years ago!! Humberto always gave us the best options and recommendations with a big smile!! Grace thanks for your time and good service!! Wilmer thanks for your help always!! This experience in this brand of hotels is what I expect from others! I recommended 100%! Is good to be a Room Mate!!

Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms and common areas. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and the breakfast had the most variety of high quality items that I've ever had (and loved the unlimited barista coffee that came with it!). We also had an afternoon snack at the bar which was amazing - excellent offerings and quality, and there is plenty of seating both indoors and out. The rooftop was beautiful at night and I appreciated the filtered water that was available in the galleys on multiple floors.
