I had such a lovely stay at the Avignonesi Suites! The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was so comfortable and I was so impressed with the bathroom, very clean and modern. There was plenty of hot water and the ac worked perfectly. The area around the flat was great, so central and with so much going on but always felt very safe. I couldn’t believe how quiet the room was given that it was so central but there was no real street noise. Wifi worked perfectly the whole time. Having read other reviews about the codes and problems entering the building, I was concerned about this but didn’t need to be. I asked for the codes the day before my trip and received them just before my flight; they worked perfectly the whole time - one for the main building door and one for the floor the apartments are on. The key for my room was in the lock so no problems there. Staff were friendly and helpful over WhatsApp. When my plans for luggage storage fell through, staff at the apartment were able to help my last minute through real time messaging and allowed me to leave my luggage there for a few hours. This was so appreciated and kind, made my day so much easier. Overall, I’m so glad I stayed here, there was a really nice atmosphere, the building itself was beautiful and had so much space, same for the lobby area of the apartments. So much nicer than a hotel or hostel, had more character and felt a lot more homely.

Functional furniture could be a great improvement. Shower, toilet and bidet have issues. It feels like, besides the cleaner, no one really cares about the place. Location is great, but Price seems to be high for what it offers.
