It was comfy and quiet, the staff were super duper friendly and always willing to help. They gave us some great recommendations and always had any extra towels, soap etc when we needed.
I think everything was almost perfect. It potentially only was missing a small kitchen / sink area, but that is all.

Location, access and cleanliness of the apartment was all very nice.
It was very difficult for me to obtain my payment invoice after I checked out. I had to ask multiple times over the course of one week for the receipt.

Cleanliness of the room, and friendly staffs.
Noisy, neighbor's baby crying the whole night and too close to outside alley could hear people shouting screaming at 2 am...
