Fantastic location, walking distance to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc. Great instructions in how to get in and very accomodating, as we arrived on an early flight. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for one night, probably would have been tight with 4 people for much longer than a night or two. Lovely old building with court yard, we had a street view which was lovely but still quiet at night, but still clean and modern inside. Felt secure and safe
It was quite tight with 4 people but absolutely fine for one night, a fridge would have been really handy as it was very hot and would have been great to have somewhere to cool our water bottle and keep fruit and milk for tea and coffee.

Location is perfectly situated. You can literally walk to everything. Its clean and safe and easy to get in and out without disturbing anyone.
Walking up stairs with a massive suitcase. There seemed to be an elevator but didn't work. Also there was no clean water to drink even an option to pay for. Was my first experience in Italy and I didn't want chance drinking tap water.
