    Comfort Hotel ERA Kyoto Toji has a very convenient location, especially if you are traveling by Kintetsu Railway. The hotel is right next to the station, so even with large luggage, it only takes a very short walk after getting off the train. The hotel is also close to Toji Temple, making it a good base for sightseeing. Nearby, there is a large AEON Mall where you can shop for clothes, snacks, and meals. If you walk a bit farther, you can also reach Kyoto Station for more shopping and dining options. Although the hotel is a little far from the main downtown area around Sanjo Street, it’s still manageable because there is a bus stop near the hotel. It takes around 30 minutes by bus to reach the busier tourist areas. One thing I really liked was the lounge area. They provide complimentary afternoon tea and small snacks during the day, and the space is open from 10 AM until midnight. It’s a very comfortable place to sit down, rest, or plan the next part of the trip. The only downside is that it can be slightly noisy at night. Since the hotel is close to the railway, you may occasionally hear passing trains. Being near the city area also means that loud motorcycles or cars with noisy exhaust pipes can sometimes be heard late at night. Another surprising point was the check-out time, which is 10 AM — earlier than many other hotels. Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable hotel with a great location for transportation and sightseeing in Kyoto.

    Rooms are quite small and barely fit two people. Its right next to Toji station so you can hear train going by. Location is terrible as there is nothing good nearby. Overall staff is good and its decently clean rooms
