1.一二樓都有浴室、廁所，對人多的家庭來說很方便
一樓是洋式房，適合老人家休息；二樓的4人房，空間大，很適合孩子們活動。
2.設備都很新，且乾淨，蓮蓬頭強度夠、熱水穩定，洗澡很舒服；住宿遇到問題，反應給客服人員後，也能在當天解決。
3.鄰近7-11，半夜還可以出去買東西。
4.離Aeon mall開車10分鐘。
5.適合自駕旅客，民宿隔壁就有停車場，每次回來都有車位停，停好馬上就可以回房間，真的很方便。
1.晚上及清晨會有很大的機車聲響（暴走族？）
2.二樓的雙人房偏小，但還好有外面的空間可以放行李箱
3.洗衣機放在1樓的房間外，要洗衣服會需要穿越房間

good location, easy walk to the train station. Markets, convenient stores nearby. Comfy beds, host is responsive and will quickly solve the problems. Good price.
It’s not the house but at mid-night, there are some REALLY loud traffic ( I’m guessing motorcycles speeding or doing tricks).

A large spacious two storey home close to 7/11, Lawson and other restaurants. An easy walk to local stations or bus stops and fairly convenient to get around Kyoto. Close enough to Kyoto Station, shopping and Teamlabs which were all walking distance even for our 3 kids under 10.
A little noisy as right on a fairly main road but we were all exhausted from exploring and walking anyway.

1. It’s new decorated and it’s clean house. The host has quick respond and will answer even small request.
2. There are some local restaurants and 7-11 around the site.
3. Transportation is ok. Very near to TO-JI Temple, around 10 mins walk to bus stop/railway station, need one station transfer to Kyoto station.
4. Only three bedrooms and only the bed in master bedroom is big enough, it’s by the road and with quite some noise, you have to wear earplugs if sensitive to the noise. Well the price is competitive in Kyoto and it does have advantage in location so make your own choice.
