    Close to train station. Room is cozy and there's a convenience store near by. Room is clean and staff are friendly. Enough space in the room to open 2 big luggage.

    The stay was clean and the area is very convenient (3 mins walk from Kyoto station). Nearby there’s a 7-11 and the facilities in the hotel itself is well thought through. Perfect space for a solo traveller!

    The room in general is pretty worth the money! My main likes were the close proximity to kyoto station, the breakfast (wide variety, sukiyaki is amazing) and how affordable it was. One thing i didn't quite like was how tiny the shower stall was even though I'm a petite woman. There wasnt a place to hang a large towel in there too so I was freezing the moment I stepped out of the stall. But this is a small nitpick, if I'm ever at kyoto again I would consider coming back since everything else is great
