Cannot say enough good about this property

Resort was really nice. It is a bit far from the main plaza but they do offer a shuttle for drop off and pick up which made it really convenient. Would stay again on our next trip.

The property was well maintained and our cottage was cute. Only negative was our fireplace didn’t work.

Property was nice but the hot tub wasn’t working and there were issues with the Spa. I got misinformation from staff members and overall just seem like not well run, like everyone was new

Beautiful property a amazing amenities

Everyone was friendly, hotel was clean. Would recommend possibly having a pool server for cocktails but eveything else was fantastic.

The general areas are nice. Our room was not great, we had a broken door to the patio that would not open and the door handle fell off when I tried to open it and the bathroom door to the toilet would not shut.

A beautiful hotel and a gorgeous room. The service was consistently substandard throughout; check in, room not being cleaned (having to call 3 times), unhelpful front desk at the spa, having to ask for everything x 3 times at the restaurant to get served/receive the check. I think they were very busy but when you're paying $1000k per night, the service should be flawless.

The property and staff was amazing beautiful and nice. The Wit and Wisdom restaurant had amazing food and service. Loved my cottage room and would absolutely stay again.

The property price to quality is good, so close to excellent. They just need to update the rooms but I would stay here again. Only complaint was parking is limited and with weddings over the weekend we had to park a ways away from our room.

Outstanding stay! We were there for 5 days for our wedding festivities. And this place is worth every penny. From the yummy food, to the comfy expansive rooms and welcoming staff. The attentive people that work there are awesome! Shout out to William, Edgar, Daniel and Raul! They made it so fun for us. Management staff made us feel right at home! We will be back.

I was disappointed that there was no tub in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed at the door entrance to the room. Otherwise everything else was fine.

The property is well maintained, the rooms are nice, a little expensive for what you get, but comparable to everything in the area. Worth upgrading your room.

For the price the room was extremely underwhelming and the bed is hard. There are also zero food or drink options available after 9pm. They have two restaurants, but only one small dining area open for breakfast, which was completely full due to one large wedding party. We had to sit outside and were attacked by a swarm of yellow jacket wasps while we tried to eat our breakfast with our 3 children. We told the staff and asked to be moved inside but they ignored us and never came back. For a place where you're spending around $800 a night it was an unacceptable experience. If they're going to host large wedding parties they really should have additional seating areas available for large parties so regular guests can get adequate service as well. Servers also kept handing out free food and drink tickets to the tables around us on multiple occasions, always to older white men, it was a very odd display of favoritism.

Exhorbitant resort fee. Rip off all around

Took three visits to fix faulty shower. Bathroom not fully cleaned at start. Nice place and very friendly staff. Room WIFI was weak. Room pricey enough without daily $50 resort fee
