    The suite was spacious, very clean, the bed was comfortable. I would definitely return. The only surprise was that the pool etc is owned by the spa (apparently not the hotel) so you had to buy a day pass per person ($50.00 + apiece). Personally, I felt that was too expensive considering we had only planned to be there for an hour Otherwise, it was great ๐Ÿ‘

    I love this hotel! This was my most favourite stay ever. The grounds, lobby and rooms are gorgeous. The staff is the best I've encountered anywhere. When I arrived, I was so tired from a long day of driving and the front desk, I believe manager, was so nice to me in my exhausted, incoherent state. He gave me a room on the 4th floor, stating the rooms are nicer there. The room was HUGE and beautiful. Comfy bed and large bathroom, sitting area, closet with iron and fridge and safe. The spa is such a plus. There are pools of many different warm temperatures and a cold plunge so you get that hot and cold therapy. I also did a pedicure during my stay, and the staff at the spa is amazing. The treatment was so relaxing and I was so happy with my pride colour painted toes. I broke my stay up into different hotels, but when I visit again, I will only stay at Chateau Cartier. I have stayed at many, many hotels and this is superior by far!

    very relaxing enjoyable 2 nights at the hotel spa. discount offered for spa if client of the hotel. spa could be busy weekday and daytime. perfect couple time for evening. great restaurant and bistro at the location. will try the spa in winter.

    Make sure you read other reviews and know what to expect from the heating/cooling system. It is erratic and noisy and with user non-friendly thermostat.
