Very clean, modern space.

Needed to have coffee available for morning. There was a container, but it was empty and hadn’t been restocked.

Overall, the apartment was well-appointed; I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the dining area, and the ample seating with two sofas. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a great convenience

A minor suggestion for improvement: the washer and dryer are positioned in the middle of the room, which can obstruct the corridor when loading or unloading clothes.

The lack of parking ,including street parking. The Parking accommodations are completely unacceptable, for personal and property safety , especially in the evening hours. As a single female, I was forced to abandon the "parking" and Juggle the street parking with a 1 hour only parking limit.? Due to the "Mixed neighbourhood" , the Vehicle and Pedestrian traffic and activities ( especially in the evening ) caused concern for safety and privacy. while i stayed . there was a very large group of young Adult individuals "waiting to enter the building" throughout the evening Friday hours. As a result , there was a rooftop Party that caused damage to property and im sure noise issues for tenants below.

Easy to get in and out

Parking - very small spaces and I had climb in and out of the passengers side to get in and out of my car. Really worried that someone would scratch my car as it was so tight. Also the walls and ceiling were paper thin. We could hear everything from the room above including when they were using the washroom!
