I liked that it looked exactly like the pictures. I liked that it was clean. I liked that although we had a brief issue in the night with temperature, they were quick to fix it and check in the next day to ensure we were happy.
The first contact could have been a bit more receptive/ kinder. There wasn't much else to complain about really.

Location was very good for our meetings. If heading to Tunney's Pasture on Federal business it is a great location.
2 things that were unfortunate. One related to time of year...ice formed on entry sidewalk was VERY DANGEROUS. Glassy smooth and no salt treatment while we were there.
The other was the disappointing blind on the door to the little balcony. The blind would not stay closed until I wedged a paper plate into the top roller mechanism...too weird.
