Great location, more traditional bedding than what is the norm in most English speaking countries (not a shared duvet each person has his or her own duvet). Not a deal breaker.

Pros: Room has character | Lots of storage/wardrobe space | 24/7 reception ensured safety even when dropping off and picking up old-school key which is minor inconvenience | Located in safe, well-lit, quiet street just off Ku'Damm and buses all day/night, and close to Zoo... Garten Station | Lovely courtyard view | Illy coffee pods and coffee machine | Comfortable big bed | Power sockets were plentiful and in the right places | Clean room | Safe easy to use
Suggestions for improvement: ramp at front door for suitcases / accessibility (only a few short steps up) | upgrade to newer card keys | install USB power sockets

Comfortable clean room . Friendly staff . Very nice breakfast buffet. Great location . Not a plastic impersonal hotel . Full of character . Would stay again .
