The hot tube was out of order but the staff were amazing and put us in a room with a soaker tub. I will definitely be coming back.

Wife and I Visited from Seattle, we wanted to enjoy Korean food near Coquitlam and this hotel was perfect location. The service was nice, no free parking but, fee was reasonable. The rooms were clean and beds were pretty comfortable. And the bathroom, i love the fact that they have a FAN. Overall, everyone can enjoy there stay here.

We have been staying at this hotel one or twice annually, for about 12 years. The rooms are really starting to show their age The exterior and interior windows need a good cleaning as do the room mirrors. we find it frustrating that, as long-time, regular customers, we do not receive free or reduced rate parking. We continue using this location as it fits well with the locations of family and friends.

The best way to describe my visit was: adequate. The staff wasn't overtly friendly, the room was adequately cleaned. It wouldn't be my first choice if I had to come back to Coquitlam.

Overall very good experience. However, I would like to suggest the hotel to clean the draperies or shade in the restaurant more oftern as it was very dusty. In fact, there were some dust dropped into our plate as our seat just next to the draperies. In addition, I think the hotel should clearly state the charges for parking in Hotel.com as it is not free.

Everything was excellent. The anniversary cake delivered to our room was so special! We loved the roomy corner room with all the glass. Towels were fresh and clean. We had one issue. I went to fl #5 to get ice. Used it and the next morning I went to dump the water from the bucket. It was very gross. Lots of gray junk floating in the water.. obviously mold from the ice machine. I made a note for the maid with the tied bag of water/mold & no response. I called the front desk & left a message. Please take care of this. Mold can be deadly! Honestly I was nauseous after seeing it.

We came for my nieces 9th birthday. The stay was fabulous! Staff were so friendly and kind. Even made my niece a waffle for her at the breakfast buffet! The hotel was impeccably clean! The pool area was the cleanest I have seen in a while! We will definitely be back! Ty all

Few different places to eat and have drinks. Did not like the lady at front desk calling me Mam over and over! Very irritating.

This hotel is so old and dingy. The lobby makes it appear nice, but the room was so stinky from the musty shower curtain. We had to get housekeeping to come replace it as soon as we checked in. The air conditioning doesn't work like it should and has to be turned down to the lowest setting for the room to be cool enough to sleep. It also doesn’t remove the humidity and the room was constantly muggy and stale. I won't stay here again, it was a long, uncomfortable 5 night stay.

Overall we liked the hotel. It was clean and we'll kept. Some things were less than great. For example, there are ice machines on only 3 of the 11 floors, and of course we weren't on one of the three. The air conditioning unit in our room was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Parking was 'complimentary' but cost $12 daily. A breakfast buffet was offered at a price of $20 per person, but it was sparse and not refilled timely. Our room had a lovely view of the city and Vancouver skyline but would have been much more enjoyable through a clean window. All in all it wasn't terrible, just not great.

We stayed in a king suite and it was very nice. Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, spacious room. On the 10th floor we had pleasing city views. The only complaint I had was the depth of the tub/shower. There were no grab bars and I felt unsafe trying to get out, I am 5’2”

Expedia mentions breakfast is available, but it was a basic hot breakfast like other hotels, with food in warmers, but for $18.
