Room outdated, walls dirty, very dry air, and we did not sleep at all for the three nights we were there because of the extremely bright light that made it feel like daytime at night. A heartbreaking spend. The employees were wonderful.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, let us know about the area. Room was clean and spacious. Did not get a chance to enjoy the outdoor pool or hot tub, but the jacuzzi in the room worked well. Restaurant was good for dinner, breakfast was okay. Overall a good stay.

Even thought you have to pay for parking, both nights I stayed there, there was no parking. When I called the front desk to ask where I was supposed to park, they were rude and essentially told me there would hopefully be parking available in 3 hours (around 9 pm) I was exhausted from a full weekend of training and just wanted to be in my room relaxing, especially since you havr to pay to park this is unacceptable. The hotel rooms feel outdated for the price, I wouldnt choose to stay here again in the future. They do have some decent restaurants within walking distance though.

We stayed here for 3 nights. They were helpful with early check-in with no charge. Our 1st room had issues with a bunch of fruit flies. Their windows were closed, so no idea where it came from. The evening staff was not helpful and asked us to deal with it in the morning. So we ended up having to sleep in that room. The morning staff asked us to pack our things so they can change our room. Our second room was quite malodorous with old smoking smell. Would not be coming back and would not recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We stayed here after attending a concert at the PNE. It was very close by and rooms larger than anticipated. Apartment sized fridge and freezer. Staff were pleasant, but checking in seemed to take a long time even though we were the only ones there.

I stayed at this hotel twice previously and knew that I made a great decision to stay again. The room was very clean and the staff were kind and friendly. I really liked the dining and shopping options nearby as well as the close proximity to the SkyTrain. I will definitely consider booking this hotel again when I visit Vancouver next.

Close to the Skytrain station which made it easy for us to get to the concert. Hotel is very clean and bright, staff is excellent! There is a Cactus Club across the parking lot so great dining too! Definitely recommend it.

It is a convenient location for business. Away from Traffic in the opposite direction. Only missing some open store at night in the area to get some water or other little snack after 10pm. in general, good place to stay.

Bad service the manager there name Frank is so rude chasing us like we steal something? We have 2 adults 2 children and an infant but he said we can’t have 5 in the room even infant. Try to force is to pay for extra room or we need to leave for refund. The hotel in a good location but they thing that is everything but they didn’t concern hotel room is old, hallway is to small and outside make me worry when we arrive it like a motel. I wish i take some pictures to show here we are very frustrated to looking for another hotel for short period same day
