Location not in downtown, but inna nice area with all comforts and accessible via Skytrain. Nice staff at the reception, my special note to Alex, good foid at breakfast. Room a bit out to date, especially considering the price paid.

We stayed here for 3 nights. They were helpful with early check-in with no charge. Our 1st room had issues with a bunch of fruit flies. Their windows were closed, so no idea where it came from. The evening staff was not helpful and asked us to deal with it in the morning. So we ended up having to sleep in that room. The morning staff asked us to pack our things so they can change our room. Our second room was quite malodorous with old smoking smell. Would not be coming back and would not recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Bad service the manager there name Frank is so rude chasing us like we steal something? We have 2 adults 2 children and an infant but he said we can’t have 5 in the room even infant. Try to force is to pay for extra room or we need to leave for refund. The hotel in a good location but they thing that is everything but they didn’t concern hotel room is old, hallway is to small and outside make me worry when we arrive it like a motel. I wish i take some pictures to show here we are very frustrated to looking for another hotel for short period same day

This has always been my go-to for a night away from home. This experience from check in to check out was not great. Customer service was horrible on both check in and out. Room was dirty. Hair in the tub, sink, floor and bedsheets. Floors had food crumbs. Air conditioner unit very loud. Desk staff said no other rooms available and they would sent room service to clean but they never came. Will not be returning to this location.

Had to wait to check in as staff was helping someone with a massive ikea order come in. They used the only luggage cart for their ikea items and it was all put into storage. Had to carry everything oursleves, my 74 year old mother as well. Not impressed. Long wait for the tiny only elevator as well. Ridiculous to pay $12 per day for outdoor parking in a dirty lot. No covered parking available. Will be staying elsewhere next time.

We wish breakfast was served until 11. We just missed it! Staff was friendly and i called ahead to check in early (we had a wedding to attend) and they were accommodating. Check in and out was easy. Location was perfect for us. Was our second time and will be back again.
