We booked 3 rooms all were clean and warm, staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast. Great location and walking distance to all places of interest.

Honestly one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in, and a superb choice for a Vienna city break. It's so central, right on the doorstep of the museum quarter and five minutes from the Rathaus. The reception staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful.
The room themselves are a joy with some nice little details (love the turntable and record collection), a great shower, super comfy bed and decent air con.
Breakfast was well worth it with a great buffet for €20. There are also some very good Austrian wines on offer in the bar in the evening.
Choosing this place really made the stay - would come back in a heartbeat.
