    Room heaters was not working. When I made a complaint, the counter staff has not even bothered and fixed it. Spent two days without the room heaters in chilling weather

    If falling in love with Vienna wasn’t in enough. Stuff in this hotel went far and beyond for us. They are all amazing. The hotel was very clean. I loved everything about our stay. Thank you all.

    This hotel does NOT have PARKING! They could (only if you quarrel enough) provide some discount to closest parking, so you will pay ONLY 64€ for 2 days - sounds like they definitely DO NOT have parking.

    Pleasant, modern room - close to metro and centre. Good value. There is a staffed reception, so easy for check-in.
