The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. A good selection at the buffet breakfast. The hotel is in the museum quarter so easy to get to many museums and historic sites. Many restaurants and shopping street nearby.
The 10 stairs at the entry were a bit hard for us old folk with injuries but staff were happy to help.

Window room was facing a wall, which made it very unpleasant. This is not acceptable in this price range. The room infrastructure is also outdated and very dark.
