Unfortunately, we had memu ossyes with the hotel. The rooms are HUGE, which alomg with the location are the only two positives. Issues were with the parking arrangement, a broken main door, gallons of water leaking all over the floor during every shower, the doorbell could be heard in our room, and a horrible mattress (it has caved in).

It involved being buzzed in through three different doors and and up to registration via a lift. It is not staffed 24 hours but once you are registered you are given a card and a buzzer to let yourself in. That process would have been good to know in advance!

The staff was absolutely amazing from booking to check-out. The location was on a very nice, safe street and walkable to the major sites. The room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. The only complaint is the breakfast was minimal and there were no hot foods offered. It was mostly breads, however, the staff offered fresh espresso beverages which was nice. Would definitely recommend to friends!

The most unique experience in downtown Florence. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to the Museum, Duomo and shopping. This boutique hotel was very lovely. Staff was very helpful, Manuela went above and beyond. Wine and amazing breakfast included!!!

If you are looking for a more business-like, less-personable accommodation interaction this might not be a good fit for you. We did feel that for the price of the room, the breakfast service should not have been an additional charge.
