Room was small yet enough. Staff was very kind and helpful. Glad that the bar and restaurant was open late. Three things could improve 1- a bathroom fan should be standard in all hotels and 2- I wish the bathroom door could close and I get the lack of space for that but…3- new pillows please. Overall a great stay. Close to everything!

Clean, stylish, comfortable room. Great walking location to Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, street car stop locations, restaurants (dinner and breakfast cafes) and shopping. Safe area. Front desk staff helpful and efficient with check in/out and arranging taxi pickup. Did not try hotel breakfast though saw others enjoying it. Gym was stuffy (not good airflow) but served its purpose with several machines available.
