This place is great for family trips. Our kids (ages 9.5 & 7) were in heaven the moment we walked in the door. The whole facility was clean. The staff at the front desk were nice & helpful. The rooms were pretty quiet, clean & loved how they fit the theme. The waterpark was nice. We went on a weekday and it was not packed at all. There was not an overwhelming chlorine odor like we have experienced at other indoor waterparks. There were cute little daily activities for the kids which was nice. Our kids had a fun time with the little underwater projector. We had breakfast at the HighTide’s Cafe and the food was good.
The few negative thing about the stay was the fact that there were multiple slides, one of the activity pools (the only pool my kids were looking forward to playing in) & the hot tub were closed the day we went to the waterpark. We also spent some time at the arcades and a few of the games were not working.
Overall or kids said it was the best trip ever and we would highly recommend it.

Such a great place! We went with our 4 year old and he loved it but honestly good for all ages. We felt like kids again and went during the Halloween weekends at cedar point. Some things were closed and opened on and off due to staffing during the busy season. If you start right at 10 everything was open and it was worth it! Definitely will go again!
