Terrible place but the staff was great

It smelled the door was already open when I got there and the smell was like someone chain smoked 100 cigarettes with the door closed and when we complained she gave us some gas station spray and said u can use this and there was also bugs in the room it felt like I was on the run and needed a place to crash it was so bad we slept in the parking lot for the night and then drove back to Michigan

Didn’t stay long enough t to even take pics. My kids were crying and it was awful experiencingky birthday mind you.

Everything. Small room. Smelled like mildew and filth and was dirty and dingy. The hallways reeked. The pictures online are 100% misleading and look nothing like the current stature of the rooms and facility. The window with the currents hanging off is right against the bed! Anyone can see into your room. My family and I couldn’t even stay the night. I feel like I should receive and refund the night the I had to cancel same day. It was so awful.

Had to call the police and now going after them in court for charges they made on card!

It seemed to have a nice indoor pool

Dead roach in the made bed. Very old, walk ac smelled, phone in room not working, internet could not work on iPad, iPhone or dell laptop. Manager lied and was rude. Committed fraud with my credit card and photo id they copied.

Don't do it

The lady who checked us in was nice. The mattress and sheets here clean.

The number was hard as heck and the pillows are awful. My husband and I both woke up with migraines due to the bed and pillows and we are far from Boujee we normally stay in motels/hotels that are cheaper as we are there to sleep and shower and that's it. The room itself was clean and the sheets and mattress were clean but the chairs are stained, carpet is rolled up like they laid it and didn't finish it and just left the extra carpet on the wall. The A/C was covered in dust. It definitely won't be one we stay in again

Bad, there were so many bugs and also people smoking everywhere. It was like it was 1970 again.

The indoor pool area, because there were no bugs in the pool area.

We went in the summer, we had every type of bug you could imagine in the room, flying bugs, crawling bugs, green bugs, dead bugs smeared on the wall from where other people had smashed the bugs and flies.

Don’t stay here.not worth it

Location was good

The room had an odor. The chain to lock the door was broken so you couldn’t use it. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken off the wall. The knob to turn the shower on came off in my hand. When we went to the front desk they gave us pliers to use to turn it on. That wasn’t working so the maintenance man came to turn the shower on. When we complained and asked for a refund they said no.

It was close to the sports venue

The lock to the door was broken, deadbolt didn't work. Flimsy chain lock hanging on by a loose screw was the only thing keeping the door closed when I woke up. I had firmly closed it when I went to bed. Toilet ran continously. Couldn't easily reach the AC unit - it was high up on the wall. The shower needed muscle to make it turn on. The young lady did not seem overly concerned when I told her about the door on checkout.

The people are nice give ya what ya ask for super friendly chill laidback people it was definitely nice to meet them but the pictures online wasn’t the same as on people definitely not the cleanliness place

The pool was somewhat nice

The rooms looked nothing like what was on the internet. After checking again they were very photoshppped. We were told on the booking it was a shower tub combo. We get there and was only shower. I have artificial hips. No refrigerator. Front door was rusted juice was watered down. TV didn't work at first and was from the early 2000s with a horrible picture all around everything looked and felt dirty. We expressed our concerns to no avail. They know they got you and aren't going to do anything about it. Also I am really mad a at booking.com for allowing them to post it and catfish people into those rooms. Also I don't smoke and you could smell the smoke in the room. Again I will never stay here again and warn people about booking.coms lack of care about making sure a hotel is legit. Now I am out 500 for a backache and horrible sleep

A very nice affordable treasure in a sea of overpriced hotels.

The pool was great. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. The shower was good too.

A little crowded but there were 6 of us. No microwave was a big inconvenience. 3 children, 3 adults. Otherwise a great stay.

We didn't stay there and moved to another hotel same day

We checked in and stayed 3 hours and checked out same day. Tried to get a refund for the second night and was told they couldn't do that because I booked through a third party. We booked another room at a better location and moved .

Great service, wonderful staff

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were the best part of our stay. The pool was perfect and it was great for my child to have something to do when we weren’t out enjoying the area.

It would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge and functional WiFi. However, it was a quiet place and the A/C was awesome. All you really need is a pool and functioning A/C this time of year.

The staff was amazing Ms.Stephanie and Harry was awesome everything asked for was accommodated with ease very personable interacted with my kids just great.

Honestly nothing I know I booked a motel and it was just that clean, beds fine, as mentioned very accommodating needed a fridge made sure I had one even and iron I was there for 4 days price was great. No it wasn’t the Hilton but that’s not what I was looking for I was looking for affordable close to my destination I planned to be at and omg gave suggestions of beaches to go to. I was very pleased. Modern is not what it’s all cracked up to be lol old fashion never hurts no one! I’ll be back anytime I hit Sandusky for the parks and beaches.

Their room was gross. It had an awful smell. We took the sheet off the bed to check for bedbugs and the mattresses were disgusting. The toilet would not flush and the tub would not drain. We asked him to fix it. They said they did and we still have the same problems. We ended up leaving a day early because I couldn’t bear sleeping another night in that room.

A quick pit stop on the way to Chicago and it served us well.
