Don’t bother.

There are PLENTY of other nearby places. Won’t be returning. Simple things like our tv didn’t work. Idk if another room was available but it was never even offered. It had snowed a week prior as it does in Ohio… not a plow mark or salt in sight. The floor was subsequently filthy from whomever ‘cleaned’ the room. The heat was HOT as in something isn’t right with the unit. Negative temps outside and I had to prop the door a few times because it was unbearable. It would have been nice to go the to restaurant RIGHT out front but the parking lot was absolutely unsafe.

Worth it!

Better than to be expected. Rooms were clean and well equipped for a brief stay. No, this is not a luxury experience, but it's perfect for an affordable place to crash the night before and after Cedar Point - and the water pressure was great to wash of that day at the amusement park. Added bonus with the pool!

It's Been Awhile

All of the rooms (except for the suites) are on one level, you just pull up to your door. The rooms look like they were remodeled and the toilets don't sit low.

"All three staff members" I met were kind and accommodating. The only thing I didnt understand was towel pickup and room clean wasnt necessary because I tidy as needed. I even re-cleaned bathroom just to make sure and there was no uncleaness left behind. I really do enjoy staying at Sandusky Econolodge on Milan RD and staff. I only had coffee, no breakfast because I left early for errands.

Re: towel pickup. Normally, I thought housekeeper would pickup towels; however, I was more than willing to take to office after the second day because towels wasn't picked up.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable for full size.

Beds were small. Also, booked room for 6 adults- room was advertised to have 2 full Beds and sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa seemed to be smaller than a twin size & very uncomfortable. Our 6th person was unable to come at last minute, but I don't know where we would have put her with these bed sizes. They do not have rooms with more than 2 beds available on first floor, there's no elevator, stairs only.

The staff were helpful. The bathroom and sheets were clean. Breakfast was provided and fine.

The floor in our suite looked clean but was really dirty, making all of our feet dirty. It needs a good mop. The sofa bed mattress was terrible, my daughter couldn't sleep on it.

Good option, especially with pets

Great location for a trip to Cedar Point. Sits back away from the road so it's quiet. We didn't use the pool but it's a nice perk, they also allow pets. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, waffles were good, also had cereal options & Yogurts. Bathroom was spacious with a large countertop.

Wasn't as clean as it should be. The floor turned our feet/socks black. There was also a weird white stain on the brown bedskirt. My biggest complaint is the beds. Double beds are small. The head of the bed felt lower than the foot so it felt like you were laying uneven. Anytime someone moved, the whole mattress rocked back & forth. We just didn't sleep well.

The best two-star motel I can remember in years, if not decades. The ladies in the family praised the bathroom’s cleanliness.

Breakfast is not much to be desired unless you like waffles, cereal and oatmeal. We tend to eat out so not much loss for us. No seating for sitting outside of rooms.

Comfy room, very friendly people, perfect location, quiet.

It had a nice breakfast selection, the room was very clean to the eye, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Our friends and us both ended up with black feet. The floor looked clean, but our socks or bare feet were very dirty! But I think it has something to do with the fact that you’re walking directly in off of a black asphalt parking lot. There’s really nothing to wipe your feet off on. But it makes me wonder if they are mopping in between people.

DO NOT STAY

Location to cedar point

The bed in room 242 was broke down and extremely uncomfortable. We stayed there Sunday after our cedar point visit so that we could go to the water park Monday. I could barely even walk Monday or turn my neck. I was practically sliding out if it.Today my body is even worse. on my birthday. when we were down for the crappy breakfast, I told the ladies working that the bed was horrible and needs replaced, they said that they know. Oh geez, thanks. Absolutely no one deserves to sleep in that bed. The floors turned our feet black. floor boards were dirty. Bathroom tub was black along the floor. and the internet would not work. I paid 122.00 for the room plus now have to pay for chiropractic treatments.. I will never step for in the place again.

Convenient location to Cedar Point and stores. Cute room, looks to have been recently updated. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Price was fair. We were only there to stay the night to visit Cedar Point the following morning.

Only 2 two peraon tables for the continental breakfast area but otherwise it was a good place to stay for a Cedar Point trip.

It was close to cedar point! Looked well kept, and newly painted and new floors installed.

The handle on our bathroom door was broken, so anytime the door shut completely.. you were locked in.

Friendly staff, nicely remodeled rooms. Great location at good price.

Wish they had more fruit, only one one had clementines. Mainly carb items.
