Kind and professional staff, incredible restaurant (Rich, our server, was amazing and made our daughter's birthday SO special), beautiful decorations, HUGE clean rooms. Parking was a bit of an issue for many folks - $70 CAD for overnight valet, or overnight self-parking for $60 on your bill, or 24-hour self park via QR-CODE (which was helpful for us who areives at 4pm and didn't want to have to leave by 1pm the next fay.

Wonderful hotel stay with a comfortable room. We especially liked the amenities of Boulevard Oyster Bar with the friendliest staff, fastest cocktail-wizard of a bartender, great selection of libations and noshes. The brunch buffet was sadly lacking for the price. All in all Would definitely stay again in this downtown gem.

The room was small, but comfortable. A fair amount of traffic noise, but it calmed down at night....I think. The price of parking is way out of line. There should at least be a significant discount for guests of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant especially the front desk and the consierge. The hotel amenities are very good. The pool looks great, but I forgot my bathing suit! Dumb move on my part.

The room was really comfortable and clean, the staff went above and beyond and were always very polite and friendly. However, the juxtaposition of the hotel and the pool was quite jarring and disappointing. It was like a long forgotten room that felt outdated and dirty. The hot tub water smelled and the pool was very cold. No one stayed long after arriving and neither did we. The google casting in the room rarely worked and they had a hot water issue on one of the days but it thankfully was resolved that day.
