    Staff was excellent 5 stars Jenny was the last person I met but the first I would see in the morning she is such a wonderful employee very attentive and pleasant to deal with. The Manager was nothing but the best she treats everyone with dignity and kindness I loved dealing with her. The other staff I can’t remember their name but they too were fantastic! Highly recommended

    A business trip was turned into an emotional roller-coaster by this place. The first night was ok. The staff coming in that night was ok. Or maybe I was just tired from a very long 18 hr drive. The second night was where the problem came in. Instead of staying one night I ended up needing 3 nights total. Booked a room for the remaining 2 nights spoke to a manager and the new male clerk both knew it was for two nights. I was quoted a price with a veteran discount and was very happy with the price. So I happily paid for two more nights. Went to work on Friday morning after booking 2 more night on Thursday evening. Got off and my key card didn't work. Went to office they gave me a new card and apologized and then I returned to the room to find it cleaned out and all my belongings gone. Go back to office they said it was a mistake and they are sorry, returned to my room only for management to come knocking on the door to say I needed to come back down to the office. I was told because I was being slick and sneaky that the room for Friday night was *** I was beyond confused. I told her I booked for two nights last night and the person that did the check in is standing right next to you. The male clerk says yes it was suppose to be for 2 nights. Long story short they made a mistake and then kicked me out of my room insulting me and then calling the police only to realize it was there system mistake and no fault of my own. After that they still insisted I pay *** for Friday and they would apologize. I was livid. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Absolutely ZERO STARS for them. Horrible place with hookers and dealers out front and all their clientele. And HORRIBLE staff. Don't stay here if you can avoid it. And they are well over priced for the value and service they offer. Absolutely a horrible experience. Will NEVER book this place again.

    Toilet was slow. I was across from the laundry room, and people were washing clothes throughout the night. There were no signs about being quiet and respectful . Coffee was offered in the morning, but there was no milk (throughout my 3 day stay). Check out was at 11:00, so I asked for a late one. They gave me 11:30 but forgot to tell the cleaning staff. I came back to my room at 11:10 to find the cleaning woman there among all my things - open purse, computer, etc. This place is definitely not a good choice!
