    This Hotel is just a two-minute walk from the Amtrak station. Very accessible. The room we got was very spacious with a high ceiling.

    I was charged again when I checked in, even though I had already paid for the reservation through Agoda. I showed the Agoda receipt and my payment history from my banking app to the staff member working on September 27 around noon. However, she told me that she couldn’t do anything because she wasn’t a manager. I then showed the same documents to the manager who was working from 4 PM to midnight on September 27. She told me that she had taken care of everything. However, when I checked out, I double-checked the bill and was surprised to find that the duplicate charge had not actually been canceled. I had to explain the situation all over again to another staff member and show all the documents once more. She told me that she had finally resolved the issue, but after going through this whole process, I honestly have difficulty trusting that the charge has actually been canceled. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and it has made me seriously reconsider booking hotels through Agoda in the future.

    A very beautiful hotel. The rooms were gorgeous.. the staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant served delicious food and awesome drinks. The valet was quick and on time. They were very accommodating!! Definitely stay there again!!
