    We had a date night and found this hotel perfect! Location to concert venue was PRIME, plenty of food options, valet was so convenient. Beautiful place full of history. Impressed with the amenities and comfort of the room.

    I had a very nice stay here for a business trip. Only downside was that it only had valet parking since there was no attached garage. I was able to self park at a nearby public garage.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were unfriendly and came across as cold and impersonal, which set a negative tone from the start. Additionally, the “Sir Topham Hatt” greeter felt passive-aggressive in their behavior, and it seemed intentional rather than accidental. Overall, the service did not feel welcoming or professional. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and will be choosing a different hotel for our future St. Paul staycations
