I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were unfriendly and came across as cold and impersonal, which set a negative tone from the start. Additionally, the “Sir Topham Hatt” greeter felt passive-aggressive in their behavior, and it seemed intentional rather than accidental.
Overall, the service did not feel welcoming or professional. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and will be choosing a different hotel for our future St. Paul staycations

I loved staying at this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with lots of character. The room was extremely clean. The staff is very friendly. I wish I would have had a chance to try the restaurant. There are lots of dining options within walking distance from the hotel.

My sister and I stay at this hotel every year when we go to the opera. It has always been such a lovely place. The staff are wonderful, the room is always clean and comfortable, and it is in the perfect place. I highly recommend staying here.
