First off, I want to say, I own a cleaning service, so my expectations are very high when I go places. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. It was very easy to check in/out. The building is fully locked down, needed keys at every entrance/exit, for safety which my husband and I really liked as we had four child with us. The rooms are really good size. We had 2 queens and a pullout couch. Fit are family of 6 perfectly. There is a huge storage closet, which we weren't expecting. This would be great for extended stays. There is also a desk in the room that we used for multiple things. The bathrooms are pretty big for a hotel. The parking garage is kept warm which is huge in Minnesota. The kiddie pool was a hit, the water was kept at a 85 degree temperature which again, with kids, was great. Lots of areas to sit and have a little R&R if you wanted to in the lobby. The breakfast was pretty standard but still good. I have one child and myself that can't have dairy. We were able to eat breakfast. All the staff were kind and on top of any "issues" that arose. I am already thinking about making this a yearly trip with my family.
There wasn't anything "we didn't like". There was a couple issues that arose during our stay. The staff took prompt action to get the situations resolved. One was the big pool was overflowing. We noticed it and within minutes they had maintenance handling it. The pool room was very chlorine smelling during this. We were in the kiddie pool the whole stay but later my child had a chemical reaction to the pool. We did take photos and showed front desk just to have them aware that there may be a chemical imbalance. Again, they addressed it. The front desk person was sincere and even apologized.
It would be really nice if they had board games, cards, or even puzzles down in the lobby area. They had great seating area for it.

Very nice spacious room , complementary breakfast was good , onsite bar and food kids pool area and the onsite parking.
No hot tub.
