The building is old, spacious, and beautifully detailed.
We ate in turns. The early breakfast was good but the eggs were soupy an hour later. The pool is shallow and cold. The shower was slippery with only a small anti-slip mat

Having to spend extra for required valet parking (plus tips) kind of sucked.
Room was spacious. Some of the bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall.
There was not much for entertainment near the hotel so we had to try watching TV.
Unfortunately, they only had satellite with nothing but the 350 or so crap channels. However, the television seldom worked anyway as signal was continually being lost.
