We looked at the room decor – – I’m thinking the rooms were remodeled within the past several years. We were in a smallish king with city view, and it was absolutely lovely. Our floor was super quiet – – might be because it was the very time of February, but all the same we appreciated the quiet. The pool and locker room are excellent – – they would be a little overwhelmed if more than eight people were operating at the same time, but luckily, that was not the case when we were using it. Did not have much interaction with staff, but what we did have – – the staff was professional, friendly, and polite

The room was overall nice. However, we noticed the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. When I called and asked for someone to come up and take care of it, someone did. However, when we came back from dinner, the toilet was still not cleaned. Additionally, I would say be careful and monitor the security deposit. You have to place on your card. I only received a partial reimbursement of that charge, and was not given any information as to why. And we left the room as clean as we entered in it.

Great accommodations and staff. Rooms were comfortable and plenty spacious! Loved the pool area and got a lot of use from it. Conveniently located on Michigan Ave, close to many things in town. Staff went above and beyond to help us find an item we misplaced night one! Will definitely be back

Both of our two rooms were plagued by noisy heater fans throughout the entire night, causing us to have limited sleep. For such a classy property of Chicago, we were very disappointed with this experience. Ironically, we were told by the Front Desk staff that our rooms were in the most recent upgraded towers.

Room, on the 22nd floor, was large and comfortable, despite being a bit dark and outdated. Blind was broken, so the nice view could only be appreciated if you awkwardly bent around the (rigid) blind to look. There was also a wet dirty towel left in the shower stall, which seems like it'd be something hard to miss during even a decent cleaning.

The location was perfect for our Chicago Christmas down the Magnificent Mile. We come every year to enjoy the lights and shopping. Location A+ The elevators were a joke. If this place is busy, and it was, you'll be waiting for an elevator at the busy times for a long time. Not sure what they can do about it, but prepare yourself. Oh, and the Stairs lead to the kitchen or staff areas. You can't take the stairs to the lobby easily.

The room was spacious with a great view. The bathroom was also plenty bug. 4 of us stayed comfortably for the night. The fitness center is great, if a bit warm, and the pool is excellent. Location is also perfect.
