    Service was great! From Check-in to meals to house keeping, the employees were all very helpful. Kudos to Rob who helped us during check-in and even gave us tips on where to go and how to avail of the free ride to Chase Center for NBA, to the 3 ladies in the dining area who were very accommodating and helpful. Location was great too! Right in the middle of everything - malls, shops, Chinatown, train & tram stations.

    Toiletries has to be requested everyday- which you already paid before checking in!??? They will tell you its not allowed to request toiletries everyday .They don't check if your shower gels, shampoos and conditioner is Empty. Refilling is not their duty. You need to call and request again. Requesting towels is another issue. Even bath robes- our room is good for two and they said only one bath robe per room??? How is that ok? Does it mean I will share with my husband??? Our free breakfast for 5 adults was not acknowledge as staff said only 2 free breakfast per room. So i have to show my booking details for 5 with breakfast as benefits and their manager corrected it. Lastly destination tax is so High . Two rooms were charged. And food and stay was horrible ! Never again, sorry
