    Great place to stay, great food and beautiful, iconic Starlite cocktail lounge viewing the city skyline! Right next to Union Square too! The room was great and they valeted the car and took the things up to our room for us! Highly recommend!

    The hotel is beautiful with friendly staff. Rooms spacious and very comfortable and clean. Location is excellent. Lots of great eating places. Close to Chinatown and Little Italy Close to transport and walking distance to most sites. Easy access to airport. Thank you Beacon Grand lovely way to finish holidays

    Beacon Grand is a nice looking hotel with a grand historic feel to it and one of the best skybars in town at the top. You can get a good deal on a room here but the downside is that service is very minimal. Only one person working reception and worst of all, you may not get the room you paid for! I paid for grand room which is bigger and has different color scheme but was given a regular room. When I brought this up I was told it was a grand room even though it clearly wasn’t when comparing pictures of the two room types. They offered to waive some fee for my trouble but as far as I can tell that was never reimbursed. Be careful!
