This hotel looks recently renovated. The staff is attentive and caring. Cookies and apples and cappuccinos all day. Room was small but very clean. Only negative is noise through the wall but all was quiet by bedtime.

Historic building in a great location. Room was adequately sized, well furnished, and clean. I especially appreciated the cookies, apples, and coffee/tea that was available for free at the lobby. We got a room on a low floor facing the A/C condensers so there was some noise which actually didn't bother us that much. In fact, the fridge in the room was louder XD Check in is at 4pm but you can store your luggage before that

I have been staying here in the last 2 years. I love the location, cleanliness, the staff and the free flowing snacks. I will stay here again when I come back.

Extremely rude reception staff that are absolutely unfriendly and unhelpful. The porter is excellent and should be promoted to the reception and the reception should be moved out from that task.
