Window to our rooom looked on stairway. No patio even though every other room had a patio. Little or nothing was complimentary. Nothing online mentioned a parking fee but one was levied at time of check in. Liked this hotel better as a Best Western.

There were a few irritating things about the room: we couldn’t turn off the very noisy fan at night, if we got up during the night, the bright lights over the sink (in the bedroom area) were motion sensitive and turned on waking the other person sleeping in the room.

It was very clean and the room was nice, nice shower and it was walking distance to town. I just think the price is not justified , almost $600 a night (Saturday)for what really is more like a motel. And charging $10 for parking when there is ample parking is a pure rip off. And the water bottles in the room had a charge of $3. There was only a few coffee pods and no tea bags, really overpriced overall.

Great location for downtown Sonoma Square easy walk access. Since upgrade to Hilton from Best Western, it looks a lot nicer and in room upgrades provide a cleaner look and feel. There are some amenities previously provided that’s no longer available. Good value if booking weekdays.

I love the room layout with the personal deck. The location is perfection with walking around the town and day trips to the coast or Redwoods. The biggest issue we had was the bed. Last years mattress was much better. (We stayed in the same room 2 years in a row). We struggled with sleep and body aches. The staff was ok but incapable of acting with authority in closing the pool at night. Families with young kids continued to play squealing with laughter after 10pm. It made the peaceful atmosphere vanish.

Perfect little getaway. I love everything is within walking distance. The area is very dog friendly. Enjoyed walking around town. Sonoma Valley Inn was nice and clean. Nice spacious rooms. I liked the dog walk on the grounds. We would stay here again.

Great property within walking distance of the square. Room was large and comfortable. Very nice bathroom. I was concerned at first that rooms have outside corridors but the area felt very safe. To note there are no elevators so you have to carry bags up stairs

The property was nice and in a great location but we had some infestation of bugs and spiders while we were there. They offered to send maintenance to help but we handled it. I was just shocked at finding spiders in my clothes and all around the room.

This property checked all the boxes. We were on an 18 day road trip with our puppy. The room was beautiful. We didnt use the pool or steam room but wish we had, they looked awesome. Our pup used the dog park/walk...it was really lovely, a green trail/garden that meanders alongside the property. Across the way was a whole foods, we were surrounded by restaurants and things to do. Coffee was available in the lobby but we used the cup of love truck right next door-they are very friendly and generous with dog biscuits. We did get beers in the afternoon from the lobby, so nice during a warm afternoon. Huge plus was the guest laundy, FREE not coin operated, couldnt believe it. This place thought of everything and was the best stay on our trip.

Been staying here for work for a long time. Recently renovated and rebranded. Now charging for parking, no free breakfast, and they are understaffed [plus rude woman serving) provide new food options available for purchase. They also do annoying things like repeatedly putting only 2 coffee creamers in rooms even though there are 4 slots. And not filling the coffee pod slots or giving you an idea of what u might be drinking. Lol. Perhaps the renovation funds could have been spent on acoustical solutions. Staying on the ground floor if a child is above will yield little sleep. Just an okay value to lay your head for the night. And dog friendly now so if u are allergic cross this off ur list. Prices way up like everywhere. Coffee was $10 and when asked if there was a restroom near by was told there was one in my room. My god, i did not notice! Contact free coffee would be a good addition there!
