Nice room, BUT we had a mouse. Maintenace did nothing about it, didn't even set a trap that night nor communicate with us despite our complaint. We had to sleep with the lights on. The next day management moved us to an upgraded room but the damage was done.

This was our second visit. You can't beat the location in Paris and the service. Breakfast was a plus, and good and filling enough that we often could skip lunch in favor of a great dinner out. If we are lucky enough to make another Paris trip, we will stay here for sure.

It's a falling apart hotel, without expected amenities, not clear to me how it still has a star rating above 1. Regret not reading enough reviews before booking. We didn't have water from 11pm - 5:30am one of the nights, I found out at 11am so I tried to checkout and move hotels, they refused to refund me and let us leave. They were quite rude, there's a lot of staff at the front desk and otherwise it's a weird deserted hotel without any services. Really my most regrettable stay in Paris. Many better options in the same price range. Strongly advise you do a little research before booking this disaster, the photos they share are not reflective of its current state. No conditioner, lotions, or basics in bathrooms. No services, no charm.. Horrible

We had a problem at the beginning of our stay because the room wasn't ready for us due to a 'technical issue'. Altho inconvenient, they were very accommodating and gave us breakfast and a temporary room. When we finally got into our room it was wonderful. We had two rooms and two bathrooms. There was plenty of space and storage for three of us comfortably. The hotel was in Le Maria's, a great neighborhood- walkable to many shops, restaurants, the Picasso museum, the Seine, Notre Dame and more.

The hotel is located in a very nice area of Paris and 300 feet from a Metro stop, which was very convenient. We walked to the Place de Vosges in 5 minutes and Notre Dame Cathedral in 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful, especially Tim at the front desk. We found our room to be small for a "Classic Double" (it seemed smaller than the online photo) but the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom/shower was excellent. Skipped in the expensive in-hotel breakfast to take advantage of two excellent bakeries less than a block away from the hotel.

Booked an Executive room months ago- beautiful pics on website- but room given on checkin- TOTALLY DIFFERENT- Handicapped Room- Dark and dingy- took more than 24 hrs to change and then hotel staff admitted that “new room” was of 2 options best they could do— better but never got a room that are featured on their website—-AVOID NOT AS ADVERTISED- never an apology- THIS HOTEL caters to traveling groups- on buses- You will get lost in the lobby chaos- Property is in poor repair- unstable brick paver walkways and burned out security lighting at Rodin building- with a scary elevator— Hit or miss housekeeping- failed to supply towels one day; totally missed room one day despite door hanger on room to make up for 7 hrs- not done- yet a new tour group likely was the priority— Avoid this bait and switch hotel—

Very comfortable hotel Odd that it had a cooktop but no utensils available. Microwave works. Layout means every arriving or departing guest noises echo through the complex. Staff helpful and very close to Metro. Grocery store near by. Would stay again.

We had read the reviews before booking and they were a bit mixed. However, in our opinion this hotel was great. We stayed in a suite that was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful and even provided us with umbrella when it was raining. The location was great. The metro was a few minutes away and it was a ten minute stroll to many shops and restaurants. The outside garden area of the hotel was a little oasis to sit and relax. The breakfast had a good selection and we never had to wait for a seat even when it was busy. We had an amazing week.

Actually there was nothing we did not like. We opted on our last night to dine at the hotel. We found it quiet and intimate. The food was excellent and the service was quick and our server was very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel itself was good, kitchen facilities were a good location. It's a series of buildings around one open court yard. Means you have to go outside between reception and room. However, check-in was poor. Asked to show reservation then was given a piece of paper with their email and was told to email reservation. This was very odd and never happened to me before as a regular traveller. Then when room key made, told that the lift in the building we were staying in wasn't working. They did offer to take our bags up and could phone to get them to take it down. However I would face expected them to check this was ok before confirming our room.

We stayed here on a Road Scholar tour and stayed 2 extra days. Property was in an excellent location in the Marais. I walked around in the early evening and felt very safe. Restaurants and shopping very close. Close to Bastille and several small gardens. Easy access to all attractions. Metro about one block and Uber was inexpensive to other tourist sites. Enjoyed just walking the streets of the Marais.

Unfortunately the hotel didn't send a message saying the elevator had more than a week that it was not working. It would have been nice to know that in advance and not arrive and had to carry own luggage 2 and 5 floors since we were in a group. Other than that the area is nice, several restaurants nearby and a metro station.
