Our stay at Quality was great. Friendly staff, we were given a remodeled room. I would’ve gave 5 stars but the Inn is under renovation and our bathroom sink was slow to drain due to the renovation. Other than that, we love staying at Quality Inn.

The staff was great. The problem was with the reservation itself. The reservation should have been for 2 people and 1 night. However, it was changed to 2 night and 1 person. The hotel staff said they were ok with a change, but it had to be done through the reservation site. The site told me the hotel would not allow the change, even though they told me otherwise.

Front desk gal was very unfriendly, maybe smile once and say hello. The chlorine from the pool was so strong you could smell it down the halls. Very nice staff at the continental breakfast . Nice , clean room.

Really great staff; room was okay… pretty average. The shower wouldn’t drain, so you end up standing in 3 inches of water by the time you’re done.
