The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. It was VERY close to our event so it was convenient.
The ice machine was 2 floors down and in a different wing, which made it difficult to find. Also, we found a pill on the floor so I wondered if the floor had been vacuumed.

Nice quiet room tight in the heart of downtown and on the river. Well maintained.
HVAC was a little wonky but it worked ok in the end.

Very clean
Booked a queen room ADA amenities, got there, double beds (that were not comfortable) and no walk in shower. When asked up front they told us that they couldn’t do an thing since booked with third party

Beds were comfortable. Regular door to the bathroom. The shower is roomy. The desk area has lots of outlets window glass is better than another hotel we were at last time..it doesn't block ambulance sounds but that's a big ask.
The decor and design of the main lobby is very nice, it has conversation spaces, along with work areas as well. We didn't try the actual courtyard, but it looked inviting.
Choices were made in building this hotel and now the staff is stuck with them. There are two wings and the elevator is halfway in the middle of each wing. Feels like there should be one or more elevators here.
Our room did not have a microwave. That was interesting. I feel like our room needed two more outlets at one of the queen beds The fridge was smaller than other hotel fridges I.have seen.
The bistro is open for breakfast and dinner. Because you pay for food there is no complimentary lobby coffee. Sad trombone.

The location was SUPER close to Gonzaga, so if you have a student going there, this is the place to book. There also little alcoves in the lobby with individual TVs and a table where you can eat/drink with a few friends and watch TV. There are also two washers and two dryers if you want to carry less clothes and wash as you go. $2.50/wash and $1.50/dryer
The only issue was that the queen sized mattress sits on a wood platform that is larger than the footprint of the mattress so as you walk around the bed please be mindful of the corner. It is rounded and not a sharp corner, but I nonetheless whacked my shin and it broke skin.

The room was nice, spacious (except the shower/toliet area) and clean. The room had a mini fridge (that actually worked) and microwave.
The smallest patio area was nice, but it was too hot to keep open so early morning coffee was the time to enjoy it.
The bathroom was the smallest thing we had ever scene and we had to step into the shower to get in and out.
The pull out couch was no larger than a twin size bed, so we ended up going to buy an air mattress for our kids.
WiFi was not great.
Did not like that we were not told about the additional costs for parking. Everything seemed to have an upcharge which was disappointing considering the cost of the stay anyway.

Should have been included, will not return.
Staff refused to upgrade our room. I was willing to pay for a suite. They said because of the way I booked I was unable. Even after the manager checked our Marriott status.

The location is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big. I loved having a little kitchenette. I got late checkout without getting charged.
No airport shuttle, breakfast was not included.
4.0 / 10.0
The room was clean, but never cleaned or replenished during our stay. The facility was next to the river which was nice, but our room was right next to a noisy street and the stair door which closed very loudly.
Ridiculously expensive so I avoided having any meals at the hotel. I had dinner due to exhaustion and found the food unimpressive an VERY expensive. The stair door right across the hall from our room was incredible loud! The coffee supply was not replenished and our garbage was overflowing by the time we left. The TV kept going to the home screen randomly.

Nice location; easy to find, lots of surrounding parking, and in close walking distance to a wonderful river walking path and local sites/eateries. Even though we were there to visit Whitworth University, a short 17-minute drive north, I was glad to stay in town to see more of the city for the short time we were there.
The rooms are a stark contrast to the nice, modern-looking front/desk reception area, which makes them look more-dated. But other than looks, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for the two nights we were there.

Did not have breakfast as we had to buy it
Staff not very friendly, not helpful with room rates. Room was disappointing- on the first floor, looking at the parking lot.
Room did not seem very clean. Bedspread had stains on it.

The cleaners were really nice.
Nobody communicated about prices when checking out or buying anything. It wasn’t very clean in our room, it was overpriced for what we got.

The hotel was clean but it is a little worn in areas.

The cleaning woman that was there when we were going to check out was amazing and sooo polite!!! She greated us multiple times and asked us if everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything!!! Amazing 👏
For the price of the room the waters in the room should be complimentary or at least cold in the fridge for $2 not $5 !!! We went to the gas station to buy big $3 waters!!! Just sayin! Also we have stayed at cheaper hotels that offer continental breakfast !!! Lil things go a long way!! We travel alot and to stand out you need to make staying at your hotel inviting convenient and have competitive prices!

Location is great to riverfront park and Gonzaga university. This is my 5th time staying here. We stayed in room 323 which had a great view of the river.

No internet. Room was small. Cable service for tv was crap. Streaming not available. No channel information. People in neighboring room played very loud music, got drunk then fought at 1:00 am.
