Great Location to Downtown/boardwalk Spokane and River Water Park Area

They do not have a breakfast provided but have an attached restaurateur "Osprey" available with great view and food.. Room was Large and spacious with patio which was next to pool / Hot Tub. Pool was closed due to winter time but Hot Tub was going with view of Spokane River and boardwalk. Lots of Free parking

Food was great. Wait staff was great. The room was a real disappointment.

The food at the Osprey was very good and the staff were wonderful.

My room's heating/air conditioning unit did not work. I was told to unplug the unit when I arrived to a cold room on Friday. I had tried turning it off and the unit did not turn off, so they told me to unplug it because there was no one on staff to fix it. Then because I couldn't turn on the heat for the second night I stayed there, it was freezing in the room. Also, the bathroom shower was dangerous and dirty. I cleaned out long black hair off the shower stall walls the first time I showered and the first time I stepped onto the shower floor I almost slipped and fell. There was something slick on the floor, like a gel substance. Also, there was no gel in the body wash bottle. I was offered a room change, late Saturday night, but since I was leaving on Sunday morning, it didn't make sense. I slept with an extra layer of clothes.

Lovely spot close to Spokane arena

Lovely and welcoming hotel on the river. Close to downtown and the spokane arena. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable 😌! Coffee in the room was not so bad! Rain shower was amazing !! Free parking and free wifi! Restaurant for breakfast was reasonably priced and a good portion of delicious food!! I had the French toast with berries and whipped cream with a side of scrumptious crispy bacon! Love this place!

Strong cleaner odor in the hallways. Like a car cleaner air spray but thankfully the rooms didn't have such a strong smell. Maybe it was just the day. Maybe they had just cleaned the carpets, but overall the hotel is in great condition

Great location.

The location; close to downtown and right on the path to walk upriver or down. The hotel appears to have nice grounds to enjoy, although I did not utilize them.

When I arrived a Supper Club was taking place in the large meeting room, it was almost impossible to find a parking place within a reasonable walking distance to the entrance of the building I had my room. At the end of the day, exhausted, hungry and wanting to be done, I almost went back to registration to request a room at the far end, where there was parking.

Great place but location has these really difficult street navigation to get to it.

They have a really nice restaurant and the prices were pretty affordable. It very easy to get to a nice walking path next to the Spokane river.

One of my pet peeves with hotels is the Front Desk staff that act like they are too busy to take care of your business. When I arrived here, tired from driving all day, hungry from not eating all day, the Front Desk has two employees there. One guy playing on the computer and another talking on the phone. The guy playing on the computer doesn't even look up from the computer and says she will take care of you in a minute. 5 minutes later guy is still playing on computer and lady still on phone.

I like the pool side rooms - the location is great for the events I promote in Spokane - nearly walking distance to all I need to do.

Bring g back the coffee in the lobby

We requested a first floor room due to my husband's surgery. This hotel is convenient to Providence hospital complex downtown Spokane. Rooms are clean.

There was no coffee in the lobby as during previous visits and the restaurant and barista doesn't open until 7am, which is inconvenient for early risers. The pod coffee in the rooms leaves a great deal to be desired, along with the paper cups. We take our coffee cups from home with us

The grounds are beautiful and to be right on the river trail was a treat. We had take out dinner from the Osprey that is part of the hotel and food was very good. The room was simple and clean. Loved it!

The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable! The facilities were great! Beautiful pool and spa. Located right next to the river. Outdoor patio in the dining area next to the river and the menu at the restaurant was great. So many good selections for everyone... the food was excellent and the wait staff were friendly. The design of the hotel was well thought out. Had a central corridor connecting the buildings, air conditioned, so that you didn't have to go out in the heat to get from the dining area to your room The cost was very reasonable, which we appreciated very much!

We have stayed here before. This time was for a medical procedure not offered where we live. All of the staff were attentive and helpful. Food and service is great! They have a beautiful pool area, hot tub and outdoor dining next to the river. Location was perfect, close to the hospital district with direct access . Location is convenient for many activities.

I always stay here when visiting my college age son in Spokane. The staff are all friendly and attentive, and the location on the riverfront is excellent. Complimentary bicycles are great. Rooms are nice and the Osprey Restaurant is friendly, fast and reasonably priced and open all day and evening. I can't fault this place. This is my second stay here and I will only stay here when in Spokane.

A nice two night stay whilst exploring the local area.

Riverside location with River view from room, close to city centre and falls via a lovely riverside walk.

The Ruby was a real JEM

Wait staff at Osprey were excellent. Elias was outstanding and we were impressed that manager stopped by table to make sure we were appreciating the service as well as the food. Breakfast was especially good. Hotel check in even included a detailed map so we knew what was available nearby.

We are from Vancouver, WA and only complaint was that you don't have a similar "Ruby" facility closer to our home!

The Ruby River a hotel with a grand pool and spa area.

The Ruby River , really a is a unique property with a spa like pool and hot tub area with fireplaces chaise lounges a large area to relax. and a separate pool and lawn area for families ,with a lot of activities,all on Spokanes river front. The room is clean, comfortable beds,plenty of pillows,nice hot shower.There was lobby coffee most of the time,with real creamer!

In our unit the AC would come on ,but would immediately shut down,so opening the window to cool down.The door in the bathroom blocks the shower and toilet when open,this is hard for alot of hotels though.(depending on how the hotel rooms were originally constructed ).There is no included breakfast at this hotel,but does offer a pay restaurant.

Very nice stay.

Very nice hotel, great location, & decently quiet being next to a busy street. All the staff were super friendly. I enjoyed the view and centennial trail to riverfront park and so much more. My only complaint is upon check in our bathroom had the previous guests soap bar left in the shower, the towels were stained, & there was hair in the sink. Overall though, enjoyed my stay.

Decent but was not worth the nightly rate

Pros: staff incredibly friendly, parking included, early check-in, hot tub was nice, restaurant and bar was excellent. Cons: Pillows super flat/no filling, sheet barely covered the mattress and kept slipping off, comforter had mascara stains, you can hear EVERYTHING that happens around you. Doors slam so hard & loud and you can feel it. Pictures and description of rooms are a bit misleading. Not what I would have spent $200+ for one night had I known.
