It was a quiet hotel you would need a car or uber to get around but close to the centre and good place to explore Lille. The cost was very good, the room was spacious with a large bed and we had a nice view.

Well-located, very nice lounge and restaurant facility. Professional staff. Very good experience. Only criticism is that heating system was not constant at one temperature throughout the night--and it was very cold outside!

Great hotel, lovely staff and great Breakfast. I stayed with my wife and two children. Classy decor in rooms and public areas, with good air conditioning in both. A great location, to easily explore Lille from. Tram stop 5 minutes walk from reception. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel located in a peaceful suburban area. The classic superior room was clean and spacious but the bathroom does not have the range of toiletries that are available at most 4 star hotels. Staff, especially at reception, are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a good but breakfast but limited in variety. Evening meals are good and varied. Restaurant staff are friendly, but tend to seat all customers within a confined area of the otherwise spacious restaurant. Overall, a pleasant short stay

Stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop off before getting the EuroTunnel home. We weren’t expecting much, but it was actually very comfortable. The staff greeted us with professionalism and warmth and spoke English. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We were even able to see our camper van park in the secure car park from our room. Of course, it’s very much a corporate hotel, so there was no ‘charisma’ to the decor, however this was to be expected. Peaceful night’s sleep was had all round!

Final stop over on our trip to France. Check in satisfactory. Bedroom large, bed comfortable. Room much too hot, air conditioning didn't appear to be working properly. Shower over bath was good but water didn't drain leaving you standing in inches of water. We used "express check out" as we had an early departure, but received an emailed invoice charged to my credit card for breakfast (which we take). Interesting that this was sent to us just after midnight on the day of arrival - not even had time to take breakfast - not impressed. Still awaiting for this cost to be refunded Mercure advise they cannot refund to credit card and have requested my bank details to do so, for security reasons I haven't forwarded them and really the payment should be refund in exactly the same way it was paid. I have not raised a dispute with my credit card company

Hotel appears to have had a recent upgrade / makeover since we last stayed. Rooms now look fresh and modern with enormous beds. Friendly efficient staff. Good base for visiting Lille as tram runs to the centre from right outside the Hotel, but it's far enough away from the noise and bustle of the city.

A modern hotel with large, comfortable bedrooms, a good restaurant and plenty of parking spaces. The accommodation was clean and the staff were very helpful. The only drawback was the difficulty finding and accessing the hotel by car.

We had a good deal for the rooms so it represented very good value for money. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained, with good facilities. It is close to the motorway and is very convenient.
