Comfortable room for a large family in a great location

The available options for the breakfast does not match the price you pay. Basically its just too expensive for a few options to choose from for breakfast

A good find and one we expect to return to.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We did not have any meals at the hotel so I can't comment on that. We did enjoy a drink in the bar, which had been relocated to the outside terrace as the weather was superb - very enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better for our stay. We parked the car, charged it up once at the very fast charger, and then travelled around by tram. Tram stop just a couple of minutes walk.

There were tea making facilities in the room (kettle, mugs, a small selection of teas and coffee) but no milk of any kind! That was very odd and rather a nuisance. I also miss 'mini-bars' in hotels these days -to have a small fridge available to keep my juice and of course the milk cold...

very dispointing

The location - Close to my working place

The room was not very clean (a lot of blond long hair - I have short dark hair !) The Wifi disconnected every 10 min, a nightmare when you are working late in the evening for your meeting of the day after Bottles of water were provided in the room bit there was no bottle opener. I couldn't use it. Was that on purpose?

Fine to stay on your way to somewhere else

It is not a new hotel, a bit renovated, but still with quite outdated rooms. The bed was perfectly clean and neat. The bathroom was old-fashioned, but ok. Complimentary water. Parking free of charge. My windows overlooked to forest with trees - wonderful!

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed, the shower gel was lovely and the room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located for the tram.

There wasn’t enough tea, coffee and milk supplies in the room. The breakfast was too expensive.

What made this place was the great staff, all so friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel spaces were well designed, all high quality furnishings and beautifully designed. The room was very nice, great shower and very clean.

The room was large and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site. The location is also good with plenty of parking spaces and a bus and tram very close

The staff at the restaurant are super friendly very professional. I would definitely suggest to someone to eat there!!!!

The receptionists were not really helpful as well no knowledge regarding the club membership. The ironing service not exciting, so iron your clothes behind arriving there. The iron that they provide is for kids. The ceiling was very dirty from the insects, most likely mosquitos.

Lille visit with family

Nice location, good and quiet rooms, DC charging for electrical cars, easy to travel to center by tram. It is easy to drive as it is very close to the highway

the electric charging I was lloking forward to. It was one of the reason I selected the hotel because I travel from Holland and need charging. But I could not pay with my token which works perfect everywhere I go international. I tried my Credit card also but that also di not work to charge my car. I have a Travelcard token (perhaps that is good to know) I noticed there was only 1 car connected and you had about 8 spots to charge...so perhaps more electric car travellers have this problem. It is a big USP and a reason to select a hotel if you can charge your car. so something to look at
