Location is good if you have a car - feee parking and easy to get to Lille or Belgium and nice surrounds - three restaurants close by

Modern hotel with spacious rooms in a quiet location; very good breakfast (mostly continental including mini-crêpes, pancakes,... but also scrambled egges, sausages, bacon; good quality orange juice & coffee - lots of hotels could learn from this!); excellent shower too
A few restaurants within walking distance, walking possibility around the aérodrome, 30 minute bus ride to Lille center, spacious car park.
The aircraft pictures in the room are a nice touch considering the location
Some interior elements already show some wear & tear: baseboards, some of the sofas in the room, carpet in the corridor. It's rather a detail but in a few years this might take away from the modern & well kept overall impression
