My greatest concern when making a reservation is will my room be clean. My room was so clean. The bed, the floors, and bathroom were exceptional. The tub gleamed. No mold anywhere. I really loved the bathroom mirror framed in light. Bed is comfortable with lots of pillows. We had a little picnic on the deck looking over the river. Table and chairs were clean and had 2 trash cans available. Enjoyed the sparkling pool and hot tub. Towels available so you do not have to bring your own to the pool. There is a train that passes frequently but did not bother me any. Great location! Old time trolley stops right next door at Welcome Center. Nice coffee shop across the street but no crosswalks. What really made my stay stand out above the rest was Jose, the owner. He made sure everything was to my liking and frequently checked in with me. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again.

The manager went out if her way to get us booked in when no other hotel would book us. Very friendly,informative and had clean towels every day. The price is fair and always have a good time at the pool.

This is advertised as a hotel. It is not. It is an old MOTEL in disrepair. Agodas reviews were rated as excellent but all other booking agents and yelp and google rated it much lower. Very misleading. The room was very worn and beaten down. Everything needed paint. Furniture was beat up, place was dirty, and guy at front desk was very unfriendly.
